Located on a bustling square, the hotel is well-situated for exploring the city's sights and restaurants. The rooms are modern, well-decorated, soundproofed, and have great views. Guests love the well-equipped gym and spa, and the breakfast buffet is a highlight.
Finding parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly.

We loved the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us - especially Lucas Santos. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast had a great variety of tasty options. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to all the attractions.
We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room we stayed in was comfortable, quiet, and everything was super clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options to choose from. the hotel's location right next to Aliados Metro station made it convenient for us to explore all the main sights of this city. Being situated on the Aliados square, we enjoyed a fine view from our room.

The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The breakfast included a good variety of options and was hygienic with sanitizing stations. The spa facilities were faultless and worth a visit.

Great location and friendly staff. We appreciated the prompt room change when the air conditioning malfunctioned in the middle of the night. Although some areas could use more attention to cleanliness, the overall experience was enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located hotel with friendly, English-speaking staff. Clean and comfortable rooms that come with basic toiletries, towels, and a safe. A hygienic breakfast is included with a good variety of options including fruit, cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, and cereals. WiFi is free and works well.
